The singularity of this venue is developed on 3 distinct levels connected by three staircases, a freight elevator.

There are restrooms and kitchenette equipped on all levels:

• A ground floor of 210 m2
•  A first floor under glass can function as an independent showroom or as a private reception room.
• The basement served by two staircases and freight elevator offers a noble space of 150 m2 high height. This floor benefit from a natural light by 6 slabs of glasses located under the central canopy.
